99.8% pure salt and virtually 100% water soluble. FDA approved additive helps
prevent rust stains on laundry, fixtures, sinks, tubs and bathroom bowls and is
non-toxic to bacteria in septic tanks. Rust reduction helps keep water softening
units running longer. Also minimizes mushing & bridging.

Diamond Crystal® Winter Melt® (Halite)
Contains a unique
mixture of large and small crystals of natural sodium chloride. Small crystals
melt ice on contact and large crystals provide longevity and traction, with no
oily residue left behind. Works best at temperatures of 5ºF and above.
